not my instructions....
but between them and common sense worked it out

I'll try to explain using imagegrabber in non technical english.

1) download the program
2) doubleclick the "Image Grabber II.exe" (no installation required)
3) click: file->openfile (search your video)
4) doubleclick on your video
5) click the symbol "monitor"
6) click "ok"
7) click file->savefile
8] ignore the words listed, click "save"
9) click "save" a second time (where you want to save it)

and that was it!..now you could  upload...any questions?
